All items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours following receipt of your order.

New Zealand (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.

We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email hello@mamakalisfarm.co.nz. We will provide a full refund or exchange where products are agreed to be faulty.
